How quickly will my stamp be despatched?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally despatched the same working day. Check the current delivery page for service details and exceptions.

Can I upload my own logo or artwork?

Yes. Choose a custom logo product and upload the clearest version available. The artwork is checked before production, and we will contact you if there is an obvious problem.

What surfaces can standard self-inking stamps be used on?

Standard self-inking stamp ink is water-based and intended for absorbent matt paper, card and cardboard. It is not suitable for glossy, coated or non-porous surfaces.

How do I choose the correct stamp size?

Choose the smallest impression size that comfortably fits the longest line, total number of lines and any logo detail. If you are uncertain, contact us before ordering.

Do you sell replacement ink pads?

Yes. Stamp Ninja supplies replacement cartridges for many COLOP self-inking models. Check the model number printed on the stamp body before ordering.
